７００枚のアイデア・メモ
前日、９月１６日ＮＨＫ放送の「にんげんドキュメント”なにわの
社長道”--すご腕再建屋の経営術--特訓３ヶ月」を見ました。
●このままの状況では経営が行き詰る、何とか現状を打開したい
という経営者が集まり、あるすご腕経営コンサルタントに３ヶ月間、
特訓を受けるというものでした。
●そのすご腕経営コンサルタントの自宅を映していた時、洗面所
に、１０cm四方くらいのメモ用紙とペンがあり、お風呂場にもメモ
用紙とペンが用意されていました。
●ふと浮かんだアイデアを忘れてしまうような、悠長な考え方、行動
では、この厳しいビジネス社会を生き残れないということで、今では
習慣になっているとのことでした。
●そして、その紙に書いたアイデアは、年間で７００枚になっている
というのです。一日して約２枚ですね。
●９月６日付「アチーヴメント・ニュースＮｏ．２６９書くことの重要性」
でも取り上げましたが、億万長者であるＳＭＩ創立者ポールＪ．マイヤー
も、このメモをいつも携帯し、自宅にも至るところにメモが用意して
あるのを、随分前にマイヤー邸見学の際、拝見したのを思いだしました。
●私自身、手帳に書くクセはあったのですが、メモ用紙は実践して
いませんでしたので、早速、トイレとカバンに携帯するようにしました。
●一瞬のヒラメキ、アイデアを大切にしたいものですね。成功者の習慣
